We are Laura and Lyndsey, qualified coaches, social networking queens, good friends and now business partners.

We met through our businesses Secret Alchemy and Connected Brighton where we've been hosting a monthly Singles Mingle since March 2022.

This is our new venture, The Single Sessions. Dating events and coaching services designed for professional singles looking to feel happy single and ready to make good dating choices.

We are here to support those looking for love to feel happy in your skin, ready to put yourself out there to meet new people and to find a dating style that truly works for you.

Laura is married, Lyndsey is divorced, between us we've seen it all and we're ready to share all our stories with you to make your dating a happier experience.
